I am planning a Word 2000 course to introduce WordPerfect users to Word 2000. I need to be able to create some kind of pre-training assessment for individuals who are support/secretarial staff.

I’m just starting to design some TNA forms for Office 2000. The forms I’ve seen in the past tend to be ticklists of features – I want ours to focus more on how people are likely to use the applications. Contact me on nici@a2ztraining.co.uk in a few days and hopefully I will have something available!
