Has anyone designed a Word 2000 Training Needs Analysis?

I am planning a Word 2000 course to introduce WordPerfect users to Word 2000. I need to be able to create some kind of pre-training assessment for individuals who are support/secretarial staff.

Any pointers greatly received!

    Hi Shona

    I’m just starting to design some TNA forms for Office 2000. The forms I’ve seen in the past tend to be ticklists of features – I want ours to focus more on how people are likely to use the applications.
