I’m looking to undertake a skills audit (existing & future skills) in the areas of management, information searching, ICT and interpersonal skills / competencies.

Does anyone have a model / framework they would be prepared to share? Particularly self-audit tools

I’m also looking for ideas to actively sell the project to staff
