In addition to the 4 research panels that are currently underway (investigating high flyers, online assessment, teleworking and diversity behaviours), Pearn Kandola will launch 3 new panels in April next year. Running for 2 years, these panels will investigate issues such as:
- 'What is the next step after competencies?'
- 'What works in senior management development?'
- 'What makes an effective international team?'

Each panel will consist of a maximum of 10 clients, with only one per sector permitted in order to ensure a diversity of organisations and maximise competitive advantage for panel members.

Current panel members, mainly large international businesses, are finding the research panels extremely stimulating. They are also benefiting from the networking opportunities.
