Where do I fit in?

Having worked and now training clients in all aspects of E-Reruitment am finding it hard to see where I fit when it comes to joining any associations and gaining professional qualifications. Am I an IT trainer or a HR trainer and in which case where do I belong in terms of professional body (CPD,IITT etc)? Any ideas?
