We are a training & development consultancy who work on a wide range of issues for our clients. I'd like to find a multi-source feedback tool which we can use and customise for a range of clients and their competency frameworks. Having shaped it around their needs, I would ideally hope respondants can complete it on the web, and that we could download and administer reporting locally.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks
Mike Taylor

360 performance management tools
I run a small holistic consultancy which specialises in the power of difference.
I hav developed a portfolio of integrated and comparative 360 profiling tools which measure the natural preferences and perceptions and provide insights into the how different behaviours help or hinder the ability to compete equally and perform effectively.
culture, infrastructure and support, leadership & management, influencing & persuasion, individual behaviours, learning, social style, stress, change, challenge entrepreneurial drive, to name but a few
am currently developing these to be available on line
look forward to hearing from you

Design and development of on line 360 degree processes
We are a personal and organisational development consultancy using occupational psychology as one of our main approaches.
We design 360 degree tools based around an oragnisation’s specific competencies and then put them on websites and Intranet systems for on line completion. We then analyse the data and carry out feedback sessions with reportees which often involves management development and coaching.
Whilst there are many off the shelf products which are useful, very often clients want a tailored, specific tool that meets their exact needs and we have found that there is no substitue for delivering this.
I would be intersted to know how you get on and if whether your experince is any different.
Kris.
