The DfEE has published the fourth issue of its Individual Learning News-on-line publication on the web with plenty of news and update information.
Amongst the items to attract my attention were articles on the new Union Learning Fund ( - open to bids from English trade unions seeking to promote lifelong learning), a proposed Hobby House (to provide a practical learning space for people over 50), and information on the Adult and Continuing Learning Fund which will be focused on the development of local learning activities with marginalised and disadvantaged groups.
