Details: I develop and deliver training materials in most Microsoft applications, such as, MS Word 97, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project. Also, Act 4.0, Database, Quickbooks, Quicken and Peachtree (all versions). Have developed custom PC Applications and Mainframe, end-user manuals and web pages. I have also being working on the Project Management track (PMP) for delivering
training and in softskills.
