Creativity Games

default-16x9

I'm involved with running a workshop for systems trainers to re-assess their approach to training delivery. I'd like to incorporate a game which will get them thinking creatively and differently. Any ideas?

  1. I have come across a number NLP orientated games.
I have done many courses and seminars in NLP and can think of a number of games that may be suitable. Rather than list them all if you give me a better idea of the context then I’m sure between us we can get something to suit.

  2. info on creativity activities
I develop and run training courses on creativity and have written some books on the subject. (Check me out on amazon.co.uk for an idea of the kind of thing I do.) If you’d like to contact me on alanhook@aol.com, I might be able to offer you some ideas.

  3. Creativity Activities if you’re still stuck…
    Hi Alison.

I wonder whether you have had any success with locating resources? To be honest, I am surprised by the limited response your request generated.

There is certainly plenty of material out there. If you are still on the lookout, I have a number of activities which promote creativity as the single most vital energy driving successful organisations.

“There’s a Bomb on the Bus!” encourages the flow of problem-solving ideas, while “Catchphrases” emphasises the value of symbols to encapsulate a clear corporate vision.Participants are encouraged to generate depictions of a chosen theme and to try to decipher other teams’ offerings.

These are two of over 20 simple activities from Cognism’s “The Learning Bank”, which may be of interest. If you would like to know more, give me a call at Cognism Training & Assessment on 0118 981 0872, or email me at dismith@wordsmith99.freeserve.co.uk/

    Good luck!
