The growth of SmartForce continues with its launch of Smartforce mobile – its platform for mobile e-learning.
So far, the SmartForce offering consists of segments of its existing e-learning products which can be downloaded onto PDAs. Whether mobile learning will take off remains to be seen but Smartforce are clearing setting the standard for learning on the move. With its acquisition of icGlobal, a Learning Management System (LMS), Smartforce has become content provider, content publisher and LMS. Perhaps this is a sign that the e-learning market is becoming saturated. No room for growth? Move sideways!
