I have recently discovered an old copy of this leadership questionaire. it has 12 situations with four possible outcomes you can choose from. once you have selected your 12 outcomes you can transpose your scores to the score sheet. but don't know how to use all of the score sheet. It has two sections on the score sheet
1. style range
2. style adaptability
Can anybody explain either by phone or email how to use this tool to it's best.

Situational Leadership
It sounds like you are talking about Hersey and Blanchard’s situational leadership model. I don’t know where your location is but if you want to ring me and talk it through, you can contact me on 01344-634190 (Civil Service College, Sunningdale). You might like to read ‘The one minute manager, it gives some useful information with regards to this particular model. As for using the questionnaire as part of any training event, I think it would take me too long to reply via e-mail so it would be best to talk it through. If it is this model, I have used it on many occassions, and it is very useful. I am in class for much of the time, but if you want to leave me your number I can get back to you. I may also have some useful handouts that might help if you are thinking of using this model with managers.
