Although this conference, run by the Organisational Development Network has now closed (it ran last September) its another fascinating example of how online learing and conferencing is allowing people to engage in debate and discussion without moving away from their work. They can choose how much (or how little) they wish to participate. Check the virtual conference website for a list of delegates, papers, discussions and reports.
