I have a need to build better skills in a small team for planning and participating in high level negotiations in the commercial sector (B2B). Good books or facilitating style trainers would be good to know about.

‘The Secrets of Power Negotiating’ by Roger Dawson a 6 tape package might well be quite helpful; it has definitely given me some insights, but then I’m in training not sales.
