Software for psychometric testing

I have a client who is interested in undertaking psychometric testing as part of their recruitment process. Can anyone recommend an off the shelf software package that is suitable for this? As they are an SME, a relatively straightforward and cost effective package is likely to be most suitable.

  1. Psychometric assessment
    Red Zone – major danger!!!!! Recommending an off-the-shelf package is a good way to facilitate recurrent problems of valid and fair selection. Far, far better for your client to adopt an analytical approach and use psychometrics well, with computer or internet support speeding up a valid system dovetailing their needs. I’m biassed towards reliable, fair and valid systems and not towards or against any publisher. As a chartered psychologist on the Full Level B register of the BPS, I’ve trained to qualify for access to almost all the relevant products on the UK market and recognise strengths and weaknesses of most products.
