70% drop out rate threatens the effectivness of e-learning

default-16x9

After conduction a brief pilot study at the recent e-learning conference I found that companies are reporting drop out rates as high as 70%.

To further confirm this I am currentley carrying out a global survey as part of my HR masters dissertation.

My question is what is the extent of drop out from e-learning within your organisation. If you think you can answer this question please go to www.global-hr.co.uk

On my site I have created a short electronic questionnaire to help me with my research. All information provided will be confidential and will help contribute to a under investigate issue within e-learning.

If you have any other questions please email me on Richard@global-hr.co.uk

Many Thanks

Rik Taylor
