We are currently implementing a new business system incorporating all business areas, with major focus on Buying and Merchandising, Logistics and Distribution and IT. We need a down to earth, pragmatic change managment specialist to add to our current skill set. The person will need high level skills in the following areas: Training - particularly programme delivery using CBT - Organisational re-alignment, setting up and managing whole business change communcation. The ability to talk to the business in it's own language and create good relationships from day one is essential
