I require a recruitment strategy on how to attract the “more mature” workforce to the Financial Services sector. Likely potential candidates would be women returners / people changing career later in life who now want to experience running their own business. Ideas on how to do this in the following locations would be appreciated:- North of England / Central Scotland.
