Tyneside develops online system for generating a personal development plan

default-16x9

Alison Bell and Roger Candy of North Tyneside College have been in touch with TrainingZONE to tell us of their online system for creating a Personal Development Plan, aimed specifically at the small and medium sized enterprise manager in their area.

"We have set up an ESF funded web site to provide online Development Needs Analysis largely for managers within SME's on Tyneside. This is necessarily NVQ based for ESF funding reasons.

Response to the site produces a personalised Development Plan. This is not automatic, and the main skill we've developed is in labour-efficient provision of useful recommendations to respondents. The user completes the information on line, but it is then manually examined and a report prepared for the individual.

You're welcome to explore their fully functioning site, but please don't spend time entering your own information unless you live and work in their immediate area. They are funded to provide a service in the Tyneside region.

You can email to Alison Bell for more information.
