Jill Warburton

A graduate of the University of Wales, with post graduate coaching and counselling training and a further degree in Human Resource Management. She has held senior Development and OD positions in British and American corporates.

Jill was recently elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (F.C.I.P.D) in recognition of over sixteen years experience in a range of industries and cultures, including Eastern Europe and extensive work in Asia.

Whilst working for a financial services corporate in Asia in 1998, she was nominated for an Excellence Award by the Hong Kong Management Association.

Jill has had her own practice for a number of years and enjoys a high reputation for her diagnostic skills and in facilitating effective teamwork and relationships. She has considerable experience in management and leadership development and is a Management Studies editor for the Open University. Jill is a director and senior facilitator for ProSapia Executive Development Ltd.

An international speaker on Quality and the human aspects such as self managed teams, business culture and empowerment, Jill has clients working towards the European Quality(EFQM) and Investors in People(IiP) awards.

Jill lives in a converted barn in Somerset with her husband and eleven year old daughter. She has two grown up stepsons, one working in Denver and one working for a “dot com company” in the Midlands.
