Business graduate, IPD qualified, with experience in training, HR and teaching (HE and FE), and a background in marketing management, seeks opportunities in a learning and development environment.

Recent projects have included: competencies, performance appraisal and associated skills, recruitment, basic principles of HR and marketing, motivation and other aspects of organisational behaviour, devising and writing all types of HR and marketing communications.

Experienced as a presenter and public speaking skills coach. Able to get to grips quickly with complex data, manage and develop customer relationships, flexible in terms of HRD projects undertaken and location.
