Any Answers?
============
This area of the site is taking off quite dramatically with a host of new questions and answers posted every week. It's a great place to seek inspiration and get help.

* Question of the Week *:
Alan Barker asks "What are the key issues and questions in drawing up contracts with external training consultants?" He's writing a best practice paper on the subject for the IPD and would appreciate the thoughts and reactions of others. Surely, there's plenty of reaction from both training purchasers and training suppliers.

And, if that doesn't get you going, how about this question from Isabel McKenzie: "What are hard boiled egggs heavier than uncooked eggs?" Actually, it relates to a team building training game, but the explanation is intriguing!
