FreeEdu.com is an Internet-based learning company whose goal is to offer free online education to the general public. Through free access to hundreds of online courses — from kindergarten through postgraduate – FreeEdu.com will establish the ‘Net’s most extensive e-education environment. The current courses concentrate on technology and business skills that lead to professional certification and enhanced employment potential for our students. The site currently has over 600 online courses covering a wide range of subjects in Business Skills, Personal Development, IT and Desktop Computing. One catch: the site makes its money from advertising, and unfortunately that means those undertaking courses have to answer a number of strategically-placed questions in order to continue through the course. There are approximately 4 minutes of ads in an hour's course, which FreeEdu.com argue is considerably less than you would see in the course of an hour's television.

The question is whether you would expect the same of a training course....
