A new Web site, www.goodperformance, has been launched to help managers, supervisors, and human resource professionals with performance appraisal and small business management.

The Web site includes articles and commentary on current trends in performance appraisal and small business management as well as suggested books, articles, and news pertaining to these subjects. The site also features original articles from experts in the area of performance management, performance appraisal and small business.

Business consultant Dick Grote, author of The Complete Guide To Performance Appraisal, has contributed a Guest Commentary with great tips titled ``Painless Performance Appraisal'' which draws from his quarter century of experience working with some of America's most respected organizations.

The Web site provides an on-line community through its discussion message boards concerning performance appraisal and other small business issues.
