As more people are getting used to working with Intranet technology within their place of work, organisations should look at encouraging and making training packages available for them to have access to from their PC.

A survey questioned 249 HR and IT professionals and found that already over three quarters of companies plan to use the Intranet for delivering training over the next three years.

Analysis has highlighted that many UK employees are already using the Intranet in order to gain access to appropriate training material. This leads to the fact that on-line learning could play a major part in most businesses future training strategies.
