Professional services recruitment consultancy Badenoch & Clark has won a special award for Best Training & Development in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For awards.

The Times survey revealed that 86% of Badenoch & Clark employees feel they receive support from managers when they need to learn new skills (the third highest score in this category).

Badenoch & Clark, which ranked 11th overall in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, gives employees a ten-week induction upon joining, on average 18 days’ training in their first year, and ten in their second and third years. Their training department offers staff more than 35 courses addressing a variety of skills, plus tailored courses to match specific needs.

Julian Evans, Training Manager, said he was thrilled with the award. “Badenoch & Clark is committed to the personal and career development of its employees, and this is reflected in Best Companies’ survey results. I am delighted that the enormous effort we dedicate to training and developing our staff has been recognised,” he added.
