I attended a ROI workshop in London a few years ago. It was run by the Vice President of KnowledgeAdvisors.com Jeffrey A Berk. They have devloped a piece of software that helps their customers build evaluation forms online that measure ROI on all Kirkpatrick levels, each time you selected a question to use, it came with an industry benchmark attached to it created by the scores all the other customers using that question from Knowledgeadvisors.com.
