I attended a ROI workshop in London a few years ago. It was run by the Vice President of KnowledgeAdvisors.com Jeffrey A Berk. They have devloped a piece of software that helps their customers build evaluation forms online that measure ROI on all Kirkpatrick levels, each time you selected a question to use, it came with an industry benchmark attached to it created by the scores all the other customers using that question from Knowledgeadvisors.com. We haven’t bought the software due to a lack of funds but it is very high on my wish list!
