Hi all,
I work for a PR company with 15 offices globally and I would like to provide more and professionalise me training offer to the company. I am part of the ICT department but there is just me on my own who deals with training and as you can imagine, being new to the job and being rushed of my feet, I have no idea how to structure things. I would ideally love to shadow an ICT Trainer and take a look at a companies training department to pick up any tips and tricks and to see what is happening.
Is anyone out there willing to have me have a nose around your department!
