I am particulalry interested in the topics you offer and of any innovative ways to deliver them.
We see Induction as being the final part of the recruitment process and as such sitting with the HR department although deleivered or facilitated by our training centre.
The following questions may help..
What makes your induction programme successful?
How long after joining do you Indcut your staff?
Do you have a Corporate day, or is it all combined?
How long does your programme
last?
Do you induct everyone together?
What part does the line manager play?
