Does anyone have a point of reference for the 4 leadership styles identified by R Krausz? Controlling, Coaching, Coercive and Partcipative.
I am developing a sales coaching course and have a refernce to the styles in some old material of mine - but I canot fnd a point of information on the web at all for the theory!
Can anyone help?

I know that that the Hay/McBer Managerial Style questionnaire refers to Coercive, authoritative, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting and Coaching. The questionnaires and interpretive notes are quite reasonably priced, not sure whether you have to be licensed. http://www.haygroup.com
