I have been tasked with putting together a 1 day workshop (using an external vendor) for a newly formed European Leadership Team. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to include or can suggest anyone they have used for this type of training.

Change the thought from leadership team to Support team
We are begining to understand that the traditional set of skills that we try to transfer, to change people into leaders, produce little or no observable benefit on bottom line performance.
If we continue to insist on their efficacy we will continue to get the same result.
The leadership team need to gain an understanding of how they can effect bottom line performance through their own actions and be given practical tools to allow them to do that.
This would be an extraordinarily valuable day.

The team you’re referring to – are they long-term managers new to leadership roles ? Or are they experienced leaders already performing/behaving in individual leadership roles formed as a new team ?
Naturally, either situation means a very different approach to their needs. IE : Could be team dynamics and building a high performance team, or it could be individual leadership skills modelling. Or a combination. Or something else entirely !
I’m pretty sure we’ve already done the work you’re tasked with achieving, but obviously need to know more before I can say properly.
