  1. Association of business psychologists
The Association of Business Psychologists is holding it’s annual conference next month.

It’s in Coventry from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd May, and is £295, including full-board. Alternatively, you can just go for one day. They have
a really excellent list of speakers, from organisational and OD, to the individual and one on one coaching, from business focused subjects to
academic orientation, both public sector and private sector, consultancies
with their clients and client organisations themselves.

I’ve been the past couple of years and it’s a really friendly conference,
possibly about 150-200 delegates. Everyone was really open to talking about
their work, none of this one-upmanship that you get at other conferences. It
was a real mix of Biz Psychs, OD & HR professionals. The list of speakers
    include:
    FRIDAY
Keynote Speaker – Derek Miles, Save the Children Fund
Pauline Grant (YSC) with client Diageo – Development in the Developing World
Sarah Roberts (Human Qualities) with client – Using Embedded Learning to
facilitate a rapid Culture Change in Financial Services
Gordon Barker (Lane 4) – Coaching High Achievers
Paul Walton (Value Engineers) – Brands, Brandographics and the Management of
    Meaning

    SATURDAY

at Work: Competing or Complementary Goals?

    change
