I am currently trying to source a consultative sales training package for a company with offices in America, Asia, Europe. Some of the areas I would like this organisation to provide training on would include key and developmental accounts; proactive selling; stellar customer service. I am currently looking at a number of options, but since there's nothing quite like a personal recommendation, if anyone has any suggestions then please let me know.
