  1. How about
    Some of the tests that I used to use in recruitment were things like spelling, notes that had to be written as formal letters, and aural tests that had to be written down (i.e. take a memo).

  2. Equal Ops
    Be very careful and only use validated tests or you could fall foul of the Equal Ops Act.
