Advice on Job Applications

default-16x9

At the end of 1999 I was forced to leave a co-ordinating position with a College as a result of bullying from my direct line manager. Since then I have been self-employed part-time as an Examiner with an awarding body. However I am finding it difficult to complete applications for permanent full-time positions again given previous circumstances despite having 14 years experience in education and training at a senior level. My present position does not really challenge me or utilise all my skills and it is difficult to suggest a referee in both cases. Any advice from employers or recruitment professionals would be gratefully received.
