I am comparing two different resources and not sure which would suit best. One is a Fenman product - a manual for developing team leaders, the other a HRDQ product entitled supervising with confidence. I cannot choose both, and wondered if anyone could give an appraisal of their ease of use (novice trainer), effectiveness etc.
I need to do a programme to help our current team leader with people management skills.
Any advice would be grateful.
Thank you
Linda

team leader development resources
Hi Linda,
There is an altenative to your resource issue.
We produce Interactive Personal Development Workbooks aimed at front line managers – which are a lot cheaper than Fenman and others and are of the same quality. For further information drop me a line or visit the self development library of our website. http://www.toojays.co.uk
