I am currently writing a Negotiation Skills programme for sales people within our organisation. I am looking for a questionnaire which will help delegates to identify their own negotiation styles and understand the characteristcis of other styles. Can anyone help?

Negotiating Style Questionnaire

I’ve been using the Negotiating Style Profile for the last couple of years. It’s easy to complete, (30 self-assessment questions), delegates can score it themselves and it has explanations of five negotiating styles (accommodate, collaborate, compromise, withdraw and defeat)together with an action plan section. A facilitator’s guide is also available. I buy mine from http://www.mlruk.com.
