I am wanting to develop a meaningful and relevant customer service programme for our organisation. Our culture is very much one of participation and responsibility and so working with this I want to develop a programme/initiative through our front line managers rather than laying something on them and then asking them to "buy in" . Taking this approach will undoubtedly take a little longer to develop and also requires very specific skills in facilitation and design , I am therefore looking for a third party to assist. Any reccomendations as to who may be good to talk to would be much appreciated.
I should say that we are a medium sized organisation within the service sector.
