I need suggestions on long or short listeing skills exercises or workshop suggestions for training soft skills in a call centre.

    Maria,
    there is a fantastic listening exercise on http://www.trainerslibrary.com called Goldilocks – great for general listening exercises, but also exceptional when pointing out assumptions we make when listening, good for call centre operatives, who will make assumptions based on the first few words a customer says to them over the phone.
