I am looking for help with writing and structuring a training proposal.
Does anyone have any material they could share?
Thankyou

Hi Dave
Have a look at this – it’s a bit American, but don’t let that put you off!

possible format for proposal
My basic pattern goes like this, Dave.
Rationale: current situation and why the training is seen as necessary. People feel engaged if you show that you’ve listened to them and undertand what they’re up against – what the training’s hoped to solve. Mustn’t on the whole look like an “off the shelf” solution.
Desired Outcomes :”By the end of the training, participants will have had the opportunity to….., will understand…, be able to etc”
Outline programme A picture that gives enticing detail but doesn’t give away your trade secrets (so it can’t be copied and given to someone else to do!)
Administration
Hope this is useful
