Training proposals

default-16x9

I am looking for help with writing and structuring a training proposal.

Does anyone have any material they could share?

Thankyou

  1. possible format for proposal
My basic pattern goes like this, Dave.
Rationale: current situation and why the training is seen as necessary. People feel engaged if you show that you’ve listened to them and undertand what they’re up against – what the training’s hoped to solve. Mustn’t on the whole look like an “off the shelf” solution.
Desired Outcomes :”By the end of the training, participants will have had the opportunity to….., will understand…, be able to etc”
Outline programme A picture that gives enticing detail but doesn’t give away your trade secrets (so it can’t be copied and given to someone else to do!)

    Administration

  2. preparation time and costs,
  3. delivery time and costs.
  4. What will be done by organisation (eg booking venue, providing lunch, providing contact details of attendees for pre-work),
  5. what will be done by trainers (eg preparatory vists if any, design of programme, preparation and printing of handouts, contact attendees for prework if any)

    Hope this is useful
