PASS framework

The PASS framework is a corporate communication tool that stands for Purpose, Audience, Structure, and Style. This acronym helps organizations structure effective internal and external communications by clarifying the message's intent, identifying the target audience, organizing content logically, and adapting tone appropriately.

I have asked around on this one without success. I guess it is one of those perfectly valid made-up acronyms created by a consultant to help package a set of ideas. It may even be from the same creator as DRIP (Differentiate, Remind, Inform, Persuade)- I can’t think why it didn’t take off!
