I am from the training section in Renfrewshire Council.
We are considering changing the software to help us evaluate our training courses.
We currently use Evaluator from RMS. Has anyone used another package that they can recomend?

We used something called KeyPoint
Where I worked until March 2004 we used something called KeyPoint. We found that it was a bit quirky and you had to get used to its odd little ways (we found that once you had saved a questions using a Likhert scale it didn’t like the question being edited to any great degree, we found we had to delete the whole question and create a new one instead of editing). A colleague who used a more recent version said that a lot of the glitches had been removed and its most recent incarnation was much better.
That aside it converted results to Excel without problem giving whatever form you wanted i.e. charts, tables, calculations, etc.
I can’t remember the name of the firm that produced it but they were based in Cambridge and I seem to recall that they included the word Cambridge in their company name.
