I am delivering several sales roadshows in December to approx 50 delegates at a time . Does anyone have any advice regarding structure and keeping people interested and active .
Looking at team and individual work with lots of noise / fun

It helps to have a friendly delegate in the audience that you can use as an example of a satisfied existing client and get the client to illustrate the success of your service. Personal involvement is always more credible than lectures and demos.
