I've been asked to do an EOPS training course at the last minute - I'm ok doing the training but as the group is quite new I doubt we'll be able to go into every aspect in depth - so i'd like to provide them with a useful resource pack they can use after the 1 day course and I'm very pressed for time.

See your problem.I had exactly the same issue and in the end we bought in a really good trainer.But I realise your budget is not up to that.Try this idea which our trainer used…..at the end of the training,our supplier generated a treasure hunt concept built around our existing eo policies and procedures.It worked really well. And you have already got the resource in house!

Check out http://www.eoc.org.uk there are downloadable files available on all aspects which go into depth on what you need, you can choose which ones you want.
