Does anyone know any good resources (books, articles) on Customer Training? Many companies train their customers to develop understanding on the company products or to introduce new products. In companies and literature, Customer Training is mostly seen only as a support function to sales and marketing - from the educational point of view I find this angle too narrow. Despite of my many searches, I have found extremely little written about the subject.
I would like to find adult educational approaches to customer training with the idea of "developing together with the customer" instead of "training the customer". Also tips on articles / books that look at the ROI of customer training are very welcome.
