I would also appreciate some advice on how these were put together - what methods did your organisation use to decide on these?

    We have just prepared a one day workshop for an organisation to do exactly what you require. The overview is very detailed and provides times and who should be involved ( in this case it was CEO and senior management team).   2. We used an ‘architect’
    An organisation used ‘Organisational Architect’ which is a product from http://www.lominger.com. I wasn’t privy to the process but the reports on how it was conducted and the discussions involver were very positive. I have though, used another of thier products ‘Career Architect’ and found that excellent.
