We are running a management/leadership training program for a number of team leaders. To be able to monitor the effectiveness of this program, I want to introduce a training journal. This will be used by each delegate to list expectations, skills learned, skills implemented, and the success or otherwise of the implementation. Has anyone got any experience with this approach they are willing to share.
