Hope someone can help with this.
I am putting together a 2 day negotiation event and need an evening game/challenge which will allow the team chance to solve a complex problem through negotiation. Ideally there is no correct answer but the task needs to last between 1-2 hours.
Any ideas?

Are they negotiating INSIDE a team or between teams or with a third party?
Depending on which answer you give to the above there is a range of existing exercises

The team has to negotiate with suppliers and also to communicate internaly.
