EXAMPLE IIP AUDIT FORMS

default-16x9

I need to do an audit for IiP purposes, to send round to our staff and Managers to see how we are currently meeting the IiP standards.

I would be really grateful for any examples that people may have.

Thanks

  1. IIP Audit
    Hi Ceri-anne
Your IIP advisor will ba able to provide this for you. However, in my experience (as both the T&D manager resp for IIP and sub. being an IIP advisor) I would say that the most effective way of finding out this info is to set up a series of small meetings with staff from diff parts of the organisation and ask them questions about the 4 basic parts of the process.

This way you enagage with the staff, it activly re-enforces how important the IIP process is (rather than a paper exercise) and it provides you with access to these people again to ‘measure’ any changes you have to implement.

  2. IIP
    Hi
I have a copy I am more than happy to send to yo – I use one for managers and one for staff.
IiP have their own on the online srevice called Laurel whoch you can register for an upload, but I believe this has not been updated for the revised standard.
If you’d like to drop me an email I can reply with the surveys I have!

  3. Don’t over complicate things
I agree with previous respondents. Ask, sit down with groups of people and ask them – do a reality check. Your local IIP people will have resources for you to use.

If you wanted to do a perception exercise – why not use the evidence requirements and then simply ask people to rate at ‘green’, ‘amber’ or ‘red’… with reasons.

This will give you a visual way of demonstrating areas for development.

I’ve done it for my organisation and it was really helpful.
